Domestic Shipping

iHerb offers several shipping methods for domestic customers:

• Expedited – iHerb will allocate the quickest and most affordable shipping option (Deliver-It, Lasership, OnTrac, ProMed, UDS, or UPS). Maximum order weight is 150 pounds. Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or APO addresses. This option is often free of charge for orders over $20.

• PO BOX or APO Address service by USPS is offered for flat $4 within the contiguous United States. You will receive a tracking number and can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 6 days. Maximum order weight is 9 pounds.

• UPS Next Day – service usually for $6 to $15. Maximum weight is 150 pounds. Unfortunately, orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO addresses. Note, large-value orders may need to be signed for. This service may remain unavailable in certain ZIP codes.

• UPS Two Day – service typically costs $4 to $11. Max 150 pounds, and no PO Box or APO addresses are allowed. Again, for larger orders, signature may be required upon delivery, and the service may not be available for certain locations.
